I'm Shelia, An Expert in Organizing & Design
After graduating with an Associate Degree in Interior Design in the early '90s, I began working in the industry right away. I started at a local design firm focusing on residential projects. Over the next 15 years, I worked for several design firms, gaining valuable skills and expanding my knowledge with each new role.

In the early 2000s, I secured a position at California Closets in Winter Park. Several years later, I moved to San Francisco to work in the Bay Area, where I completed a 13-year career with the company. During this time, I discovered a passion for organizing that rivaled my love for interior design.
​
To complement my design services, I began offering personal organizing to select clients. Seeking new challenges, I eventually transitioned into showroom visual merchandising, decorating 50,000+ square feet of showroom space for nearly a decade. With years of diverse experience behind me, I finally felt ready to pursue my own venture. I wanted the freedom to work for myself while incorporating my dream of professional organizing.

After a car accident left me recuperating for almost a month, I decided it was the perfect time to leave showroom design and start the organizing business I had always envisioned. Shelia’s Space Solutions was born with the goal of making everyday tasks more functional and creating peace of mind for clients to live stress-free lives.

I believe organization achieves all of this and more. Not only is it incredibly rewarding to create beautifully organized spaces, but it’s also a gift to combine the two things I love most—design and organizing—while helping people transform their lives.
